Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NutriBullet experience, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the NutriBullet unit and all attachments into the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
