How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for blenders?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.
Are NutriBullet cups and blades dishwasher safe?
Most NutriBullet cups and lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, the extractor blades should never be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher; they should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all new NutriBullet power bases come with a limited one-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I blend hot liquids in my NutriBullet?
Only the NutriBullet Rx and the NutriBullet Blender Combo models are designed to handle hot liquids. For all other models, blending hot liquids can cause pressure buildup and potential injury.
